Ingredients needed
- One Gallon of whole Milk
- Vinegar
PROCESS
1. Take one gallon milk
2. Take a vessel and put it on stove
3. Let the flame be medium
4. Add 10 tbs of water to cover the vessel base
5. Add the gallon of milk
6. Let the milk come close to boil
7. Add vinegar slowly and keep stirring the milk as u add, stop adding as the milk curdles and release green water
8. Switch off the heat
9. Keep a cheese cloth ready and pour the curdled milk or Paneer in the cloth.
10. Hold it like this and run it under cold water
10. place it under some weight for 5-10 mnts and you should have a Paneer set to the mould that can be used to be cooked in various ways
11. Explore with Paneer
- Just Roast and salt and pepper added in;
- Tomato Curry or Makhani
- Milk Cake or many different deserts .
